Living With the Methow River
Monthly Activities and Learning Opportunities
November 2020
From the Calendar: Dissolved oxygen is the amount of oxygen gas in water that can be used by fish and other aquatic life. Water temperature and dissolved oxygen are linked--when water temperature increases, the amount of oxygen in the water decreases, thus colder water can hold more oxygen.
The 2020 calendar features more great block print art by local kids with help from the Methow Arts Alliance and layout by Tara Gregg.
